Crystal Dugger is a professional soprano, oboist and conductor. She began performing on voice in competitions at age 3, piano at age 5 and oboe at age 11. She studied classical voice under Judith Raiford, Dr. Soohyun Jin and Dr. Edward Pierce, orchestral conducting under Ron Wheeler and oboe/English horn under Ingrid Lobaugh and Richard Rath. In the corporate world, she has worked extensively in non-profit and volunteer management and has experience in event planning, marketing, project management and strategic planning. She has traveled in every region of the world doing global relations and business develpment within the oil and gas energy industry to countries including Brazil, Argentina, Columbia, Nigeria, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Denmark, the U.K. and multiple locations within the US.

Crystal was Broken Arrow High School Drum Major (1998-2000) and an All-State musician on oboe and English horn (2001). She played Principal Oboe/English Horn for Tulsa Youth Symphony (2000-2002) and the New Covenant Orchestra (2009-2019), and has played in Bartlesville Symphony Orchestra (2012-2015), New Life Symphony Orchestra (2017-present) and the Celebration Orchestra at FBC Tulsa (2019-present). She served as a scholarship singer and oboist for First Presbyterian Church, Tulsa (2004-2008) and as a regular vocal soloist at First United Methodist Church, Tulsa. She is also a private oboe and voice instructor.

Crystal completed her Bachelor of Arts in Music (voice and oboe) at Oral Roberts University (ORU) in 2006, graduating Summa Cum Laude and receiving the Outstanding Musician Award. She completed her Masters of Business Management in Organizational Dynamics at ORU in 2008, graduating with High Honors (4.0) and receiving the Top Student Award. While at ORU, she was lead soprano for the Chamber Singers and Ladies and Gentleman of Jazz, was Principal Oboe for the ORU Symphony Orchestra and won the prestigious Franco Autori Young Musicians Competition and the 21st Century Music Competition on oboe.
